Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Ascendify → Cancel Subscription. We can't cancel it for you; Apple handles all subscriptions directly.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and request a refund. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
How do I delete my data?
Open the History tab in the app and swipe left on any scan to delete it, or tap CLEAR in the top right to wipe everything. Deleting the app from your iPhone also removes all locally-stored data, including your scans, Future Self images, and onboarding answers.
The Future Self reveal returned an error.
Image generation occasionally fails when our AI partner is under load. Tap RETRY after a minute. If it keeps failing, email us with the time it happened and we'll investigate.
I'm stuck on the face scan — the app says "no face detected".
Try better lighting (window light is great), remove glasses if you wear them, and make sure your full face fits inside the oval. The camera needs to see both eyes clearly.
